JW, why do you give babies a gift after they are born?

yet dont celebrate birthdays, this gift is because of the birth, sowhy not celebrate a B’day without a candle or cake even. Just as an anniversary is approved by god so is life and why not celebrate that. Anniversary and B’day have the same meaning. If the 3 wise men when jesus was born came with gifts (even if the intent was to kill jesus) this is classidied as a bad event, why would JW then give a gift to a baby when born?
