Can i be persistent and receive the love of my life by prayer alone to jesus? will he give me?

this question is for christians only. I really love this guy who is a family friend and i don’t think he notices me. I want him to love me deeply and tell me that he wants to marry me. But i want this to be done by prayer. IF i say the 1000 praises twice daily for a year will Jesus give me what i am asking for? WIll he reward my dedication, even if this is not in his will? Will he give it to me for being persistent.
