Divine Baby Jesus Prayers
What is your favorite time of year?
Mine is Christmas. As every good Christian knows, this is the time of year when we celebrate the birth of the baby Jesus, Highest Lord and Savior Divine.
I host the celebration in my home (I have the largest collection of Nativities), the family gathers for a night of worship and prayer. I have kept up the tradition of shredding the meat of the turkey and then forming it into the shape of the baby Jesus, battered and fried, in a bed of Chinese noodles (in place of the manger). We then ceremoniously partake in eating the symbolic body of our Lord, and drinking His symbolic blood (watered down cranberry sauce. We don’t have wine, for I am a recovering alcoholic) and garlic mashed potatoes. We then gather around the hearth and sing praise in thanks for family and deep fried, greasy goodness.
How do you celebrate this most Holy of Holy holidays?

I love and absolutely adore Asian noodles. They make me think of the 8 pound 6 ounce baby Jesus every time I eat them.
My fiancee Megan (Mee-Gun, NOT May-Gun) does enjoy Christmas and noodles as well. I think you two would get along swimmingly! She is a recovering alcoholic as well! Perhaps you two can have a drink sometime.
