Can anyone here give me a quote by a FAMOUS atheist, that criticizes God’s stance on “forgiving those who have sinned because they either pray or accept Jesus Christs as their saviour, or anything relating to criticizing the whole “forgiveness” concept, I need this for my IB English project!!!

Here’s the central question: WHY do you beg him to forgive you? Begging the god to forgive you obviously implies that you don’t think he would otherwise. And if he wouldn’t, what of it? Don’t you trust the god’s judgment? If the god decides you should go to hell for your sins, who are you to beg otherwise? To do so would be denying the judgment of the god and suggesting an alternative.
