Nobody has any evidence to support a historical Jesus, not artifacts, housing, carpentry or manuscripts written yourself. All claims about Jesus derive from writings of other people. It occurs no contemporary Roman document that shows Pontius Pilate executing a man named Jesus. Devastating for historians, it occurs not a single contemporary writing that mentions Jesus. It performs a comprehensive analysis of many writings on Jesus and the early Christians in non-biblical writings old. Most notable of these are the writings of Josephus and Pliny the Younger. There are tons of research and writings on these texts … But nobody denies that they not exist. The Bottom Line is: The documented facts to support a historical Jesus of Nazareth. Whether you believe he is the Christ or not debate for another time.
