What is the defintion of the word “dolci”?

My grandmother was given a statue with a figure of what i assume to be Mary holding baby Jesus. The only thing is, there is like as MASSIVE ball of fire behind them and the work “dolci” is on a small gold plaque on the front of the fugurine. My grandmother has become more and more curious so i told her that i would find out what i can. I have looked in all kinds of online dictionaries and translators, but no luck. The closest thing that i’ve found is Italian and its definition is “sweets”. So if you know of anything other than this your help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thank you and God Bless!!
