Jesus Eating Lamb

If people ate more like Jesus (no pork or shellfish, but clean fish, bread, lamb on occasion) would there be?
less mental depression and health problems? Fish has a lot of Omega 3’s in them which benefit the heart and brain. From what I understand countries whose diet has lot of fish have less heart disease and mental illnesses such as depression. Pork is very unhealthy to eat. Why can’t christians eat more like Jesus and why do they have pork barbecues?
Pork is not unhealthy to eat. Pigs are one of the cleanest farm animals, and like with most abbatoirs, the slaughter and butchering is a very sanitary process.
Pork is also one of the cheapest meats to produce. Pork has been the staple meat for many countries for thousands of years. If pork is cooked properly there is nothing wrong with it.
Unless you are saying it is unclean because a book says so, and not because you have any actual knowlege on the subject.
Also pork is delicious, a nice slow cooked shoulder which just falls off the bone, oooh my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Lamb, beef and shellfish are also just as wonderful.
Lastly, there would be far greater problems than mental and health if we only ate “Clean” fish and bread. There would be mass hunger across the globe as the oceans cannot produce enough fish to feed over 6 billion people.
