Job 28:28. also in Romans 3:10-11 it says you are sinners because you do not understand and do not seek God?

why does he not say the fear of the lord is wisdom and nailing my son up on a tree and believing he rose from the dead is understanding to depart from evil>?:(
and notice in romans 3:11…why does he say YOU DO NOT SEEK HIS FACE, YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND GOD?
also psalms 14:2. He says to see if any understand???? and seek God.
and all my family in christ say we have to fall from Glory and a we “all” need Jesus on a cross for our sins.
