Why did Jesus only have access to water-based miracles (the Old Testament God had any)?

Compare: GOD OT – flood, fire, rain making the earth swallow people whole, flying chariots, vicious bears, water into blood, frogs and other call pests, disease, darkness, killing all the firstborn. A wide range of powers. JESUS – proposed fish fish (twice), by multiplying, walk on the water, a fish with a ring in his mouth, calming the storm, turning water into wine, healing. Generally water-based!

How can you say "especially" water-based? You have absolutely no idea exactly how many people he healed their various diseases, disorders and ailments. They certainly could have been more easily what he did that had nothing to do with water or liquids.
