Jesus Fish Symbol Tattoos

Should I get a third tattoo?! Please help.?

I am having trouble on deciding weather or not to get a 3rd tattoo. I am 18 years old..19 in July. I currently have a jesus fish on my right leg (I got this the day I turned 18) and a simple cross on my upper right arm (I snuck out and got this done in early September and I can see how tattoos are very addicting). I am thinking of getting a tribal sun with the trinity symbol in the middle or a simple nautical star and/or some meaningful word in Kanji (Japanese writing). I am also unsure of where I want to put it. I am going to be in college in the fall and working towards a career in pre-med or physical therapy so most likely nowhere THAT visible (i.e. forearms, wrists, etc.) My mom, like every other mom, threatens that if I do follow through and go get it behind their back, I will have to pay for college myself. Does anybody have advice as to what I should do? Thanks so much in advance!
