Jesus Reconsidered

Why are Muslims so Hostile to those Zionists who call a Great Prophet of Allah …….. A bastard ?
Question : Any Christians EVER googled the phrase ….. JESUS BOILING IN HOT EXCREMENT- to see which holy book says it ?
BEST Answer : That comes from the Talmud. This is rabbinical speculation on the punishment Jesus will receive according to his acts of leading Jews away from the Torah, and being a false prophet.
This is what Jesus did, and was.

……
Call for Zionists to stop calling Jesus a bastard ?
A senior American cardinal has asked Jews to reconsider descriptions of Jesus as a “bastard” in exchange for a softening of traditional Catholic prayers calling for Jews to be converted to Christianity.

Zionism is a political ideology. Since your question has nothing to do with politics or Israel I wonder why you say “Call for Zionists to stop calling Jesus a bastard ?” especially considering the article correctly never uses the word.
(As an aside, this is a mere example of a case where some people use Zionist interchangeably with Jew.)
Now, on to your question: Julia D and the cardinal notwithstanding, it does NOT mention Jesus by name anywhere in the Talmud. It does mention someone who has been associated with Jesus, but this is contentious at best.
See http://talmud.faithweb.com/articles/jesusi.html for details.
As is the case, the cardinal is being very foolish. Suppose, for argument’s sake, that he is correct. However, there is a big difference between actively praying for Jews to be converted to Christianity vs. a relatively minor location in a 1000s of pages of learned religious text (the Talmud is very big). Excising it from the Talmud would be meaningless. Besides, that was already done by Christian censors in the Middle Ages since they thought it was offensive.
What is quite interesting is that you approach this from the Muslim point of view.
The Muslims reject the notion that Jesus was the son of G-d. Thus, he must of had a human father. Since Joseph was not his father, who, according to the Muslims, was his father?
In other words, even though Muslims revere him as a prophet, do they agree with the Jewish position that he was born out of wedlock? Or do they assume that the New Testament is incorrect on this matter and say that Joseph was his father?

Divinity and Humanity: The Incarnation Reconsidered (Current Issues in Theology) $19.97 The doctrine of the Incarnation lies at the heart of Christianity. But the idea that ‘God was in Christ’ has become a much-debated topic in modern theology. Oliver Crisp addresses six key issues in the Incarnation defending a robust version of the doctrine, in keeping with classical Christology. He explores perichoresis, or interpenetration, with reference to both the Incarnation and Trinity. Over… |

Three Days And Three Nights Reconsidered $4.99 This book explains why the author could no longer in good conscience hold the Wednesday/Saturday view concerning Christ’s burial and resurrection. Why does only ONE verse say “three days and thee nights,” and 20 verses say “the third day” or “in three days”? Figuring that a day ends at sundown, how should we explain the wording: “in the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn…”? Was a time perio… |
