Have you seen the Ohio I-75 Jesus statue? What do you think? Gorgeous or Ghastly?

He’s known as “Big Butter Jesus”, “MC 62 Foot Jesus” & “Jeeebus”.

I am a Christian, and I think the statue is hideous.
Heck, I passed it today doing a service call in Monroe, the town where it is located.
I understand their good intentions, but man… kinda screams “graven image”, doesn’t it? Makes me think of a King Kong/Christ combo rising to life to crush the Hustler store across the highway…
