Jesus Unconditional Love

Question to those who say God’s love is unconditional ?
Aren’t repentance and receiving Jesus as Savior considered conditions? And How can unconditional love be reconciled with Psalm 7:11?
God is an honest judge. He is angry with the wicked every day.

I don’t see how it needs to be reconciled. You can be angry but still loving. If you find out your child misbehaved at school you’ll get mad at them, but you still love them
