Mary Holding Baby Jesus Necklace

Does anybody know what these crosses mean?

My mom gave me a necklace and it has two crosses on it and different cross on each side, making a total of 4 crosses, all with circles in the middle of the cross each containing a different picture. My mom got it from her grandma, who’s catholic. I wasn’t raised in the church so, I apologize if I get anything wrong.The first cross has the Virgin Mary on it and around her it says “O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have [illegible] recourse to thee.” On the back of that cross, it says “on our way” and in the circle in the middle, there’s a M with a cross on top of it. The next cross has a man holding a baby (Jesus?) and on one arm of the cross, theres an M, on the other two there’s a symbol that looks like an S with the top cut off. The bottom arm says “Be With Us”. The last cross has what looks like some sort of flower in the middle and a possible plant that looks like a trident on each arm of the cross.
